An investigation is underway after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Somerset on Saturday night.Emergency crews responding to a reported pedestrian crash in the area if 1176 County St. around 5 p.m. found a Dodge Caravan that had struck a 50-year-old Somerset woman as she was crossing the road, according to police.She was treated at the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for her injuries.The driver, an 84-year-old Fall River man, stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.Bruins explode for four second period goals, beat Devils 5-2

Weapons were seen in two separate armed robberies that took place on Kipling Avenue on Saturday night.The first took place near Kipling Avenue and Dixon Road at approximately 7:47 p.m. in a store in the area. Police say the suspects produced a knife and a gun. Police are on scene and have reported no injuries.Three suspects are in custody and there are no outstanding parties. An investigation is ongoing.The second took place just 10 minutes later, near Kipling Avenue and Jutland Road at approximately 7:57 p.m. The suspects were armed with a gun in a retail robbery.
