There is a new exquisite, hand-crafted drink grabbing the attention of both social drinkers and connoisseurs alike. Deriving its name from the Spanish word for “diamond,” Tequila Gran Diamante is an ultra-premium line that has undergone a creative process by its founders as rigorous and as high-pressure as the process that forms a diamond.Produced in an award-winning distillery in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Diamante’s different expressions are a testimony to its unique quality. Its entire line is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, with no additives. Aside from its specialty offerings of Extra Añejo and its up-and-coming Mezcal, the brand offers the three main expressions of Plata, Reposado, and Añejo. With the Plata, one can enjoy aromas of spice, vegetal and floral tones, and vanilla. The Reposado is aged in French Oak barrels for eight months, and carries hints of caramel, slight wood and smoke.
